Q: Is my child too young for this?
 A: The program is specifically designed for ages 13-15. All activities are age-appropriate, and supervision is constant. Many students this age study abroad or attend boarding schools—this is similar but shorter.

Q: What if my child is homesick?
 A: Homesickness is normal! Staff are trained to support students emotionally. Parents can communicate daily via WhatsApp group and scheduled video calls. Most students adjust within 2-3 days.

Q: Is Rotterdam safe?
 A: Rotterdam is one of Europe's safest cities. Crime rates are low, and the Netherlands ranks highly in safety indexes. Students never travel alone—always in supervised groups.

Q: What if there's a medical emergency?
 A: We have 24/7 access to medical care. Insurance covers all medical needs. Parents are notified immediately of any health concerns. Staff includes certified first-aid providers.

Q: Can I visit during the program?
 A: Parents may visit on designated family days (Week 2). However, we encourage allowing your child the full independent experience for maximum growth.

Q: What if my child has dietary restrictions?
 A: We accommodate all dietary needs—vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, allergies, etc. Just indicate requirements on application form.

Q: Will language be a barrier?
 A: Everything is conducted in English. Most Dutch people speak excellent English. Students should have conversational English skills (B1 level).

Q: How do I know this program is legitimate?
 A: Saviour Professionals VOF is registered with KVK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) #75208482. We partner with established Dutch organizations. References available upon request.
